This website is operated by Maison De Parfum ("we", "us", "our"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and descriptions

All fragrances we sell are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We make every effort to display products, packaging and colours accurately, but packaging may vary slightly from the images shown as manufacturers update their designs. Fragrance performance (longevity, projection) varies from person to person and is not guaranteed.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless another currency is selected, and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their destination country.

6. Returns and refunds

For hygiene reasons all perfume sales are final. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded as described in our Refund policy.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to copy its content, images or branding without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison De Parfum is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Please check the ingredient list before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
