• UAE: AED 25, 1–3 business days (free on qualifying orders).
• International: flat AED 70, 7–14 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, all sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges on delivered perfumes, opened or unopened.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Full details are in our Refund policy.
