Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance we sell is 100% original and sourced from trusted, authorised suppliers.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within the UAE usually arrive in 1–3 business days. International orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on destination.

How much is shipping?

UAE delivery is AED 25, with free delivery on qualifying orders. International shipping is a flat AED 70.

Can I return a perfume?

For hygiene reasons all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund. See our Refund policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge before it ships — just contact us as soon as possible.
