All sales are final
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes and fragrances once an order has been delivered. This applies to opened and unopened items.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at taoufikl.2026@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please keep the original box and packaging until the issue is resolved.

Order cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
